All original game designs, mechanics, artwork, logos, iconography, text, trade dress, and trademarks—including Emanation and the Golden Robes publisher crest—are the exclusive intellectual property of Golden Robes LLC and its licensed creators and artists (Michael Stenbaek Litven, tristemegistus, Jesse Balmer, Beedallo, and Isaiah Worrington). Unauthorized duplication or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

3. Pre-Orders & Crowdfunding Dispatches

Pre-orders and campaign pledges placed through our authorized fulfillment partners (e.g., BackerKit) are subject to specified delivery timelines, regional shipping thresholds, and partner policies. Estimated delivery dates are operational targets provided in good faith.

4. Limitation of Liability

Golden Robes LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from site usage, temporary downtime, or third-party email transmission delays.
